Captured in October 2024 at the Cathedral of Mexican National Cinema Estudios Churubusco in Mexico City, this is the first studio recording of Richard Strauss’ opera Salome in the 21st Century. Alexander Prior conducted the Orquesta Sinfonia de Minera in the recently restored Sala Silvestre Revueltas with an international cast and crew of the highest caliber.
